Buy an eco olive tree in Dalmatia and save these unique varieties of Mediterranean trees. The olive trees you are offered to buy are trees between 10 and 20 years old, which are processed the old-fashioned way without the use of pesticides and herbicides. All substances used to treat the trees and  olives are purely organic. By purchasing a tree, you become the owner of the tree for 10 years with the possibility of extending the contract for the next 10 years.  After the expiration of 10 years, you can give up your own tree, you can transfer ownership to another person or you can extend the contract for another 10 years.  By buying a tree, you become the owner of the tree, but not the owner of the field where the tree was planted.
After you have purchased an olive tree or more trees, it is your responsibility to take care of these same trees, which means that you must come to Croatia at least twice during the year. You need to come pick olives and once again to prune the branches and prepare the tree for next year. The first time you should come in March to prune the branches, and the second time you should come in early November to pick the olives from the tree and make the oil. In case you are not able to come to Croatia twice or you are not able to come the whole year,  you should send someone to fulfill this obligation for you or you should pay the landowner to do the job for you and send you the filled bottles wit your olive oil.
