SIGHTS & ATTRACTIONS:
Skradin is a little riverside town with stone houses. From there we will take a boat ride through the canyon to Skradinski Buk waterfall in Krka National Park.
Krka National Park is located near the historic town of Šibenik. National park is dominated by waterfalls, numerous lakes and fortifications from the 14th century with the remains of Roman aqueduct and camps. Through the park flows Krka river and creates a 75 kilometers long canyon that flows into the Adriatic sea near Šibenik. Krka was declared a National park in 1985 and it is the best known for its waterfalls: Skradinski buk, Roški slap, Bilišića buk, Brljanski slap, Manojlovac, Miljacka slap. The Hydropower dam located below Skradinski buk waterfall is the second such hydro dam in the world, built just two days after Hydropower dam on the Niagara Falls in 1895.

Departure is in the morning from Zadar. Within arrival to Skradin, we will take a boat ride from Skradin trough canyon to Skradinski buk waterfall in Krka National Park. Later follows guided sightseeing tour of National park, through wooden paths and bridges you will discover Krka waterfalls, visit the etno collection, renovated mills and weaving workshops. After that follows 1.5-2 hours of free time for relaxing and swimming. Return to Zadar around 14:30.

DIFFICULTY: easy, walking tour. However, there is lot of steps at the National Park, so this tour is not wheelchair accessible
