Experience the magic of a holiday at sea with new activities such as it is this fishing tour. Sail with us, use this opportunity to try out fishing with longlines or rods, swim in the sea surrounded by a natural sandy beach and finally eat a delicious breakfast.

FISHING

Ražanac is situated in northern Dalmatia on the coastline of Velebit canal. The previous mentioned canal it is the longest in the Adriatic See. This area is rich in reefs and abysses sweetened by underwater waters, and they provide nutritional value to large number of fish species, therefore it is possible to catch a variety of fish. The Velebit canal it is a very popular fisihing zone but due to the strong and frequent wind, for most of the year this area is not suitable for fishing.

The fishing tour starts early in the morning, at 6:00 in the morning from Ražanac. Before the start of the tour the captain of the boat will explain you how to behave appropriately on the boat, what the tour consists of and how to use fishing equipment. At 6:30 am you arrive at the first location where you will cast a longline, and in the meantime you will be served breakfast and you will be able to swim or fish depending on your wishes and preferences. The breakfast consists of homemade prosciutto, cheese, fruits and beverages. After these fun activities it is time to pull out the longline and return to the harbor. Around 10:00 the boat will dock in the port and you will have 2 hours free for sightseeing or participate in lunch preparation.

What you will do

6:00

The fishing tour starts, departure from the waterfront. The captain of the boat will explain to you how to behave on the boat, what activities you will have on the tour and how to use fishing equipment.

6:30

We arrive at the location predicted for fishing, where we will set up a longline. In the meantime, while we wait to pull out the longline, you can swim, try fishing with rods and eat a delicious breakfast. All of the above activities will run from arrival at the location from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
