For groups if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. Otherwise if cancelled later or in case of no show – the following fee will be charged:
29-20 days prior to arrival 30% of the total amount of the booked stay
19-10 days prior to arrival 50% of the total amount
9-4 days prior to arrival 80% of the total amount
3-0 days prior to arrival 100% of the total amount
For individual guests if cancelled up to 3 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. After that 100% of the total amount of the booked stay
