SIGHTS AND ATTRACTIONS:
Sakarun is a 800 meters long sandy beach, located on the north-western coast of Dugi otok island. Fine white sand gives it particularly vivid blue-green sea color while unspoiled nature is a true invitation to rest your body and soul. It is great for families with small children because the water is really shallow.
Due to its biodiversity, Sakarun beach is protected as a significant Croatian Landscape and it was included in the Top 25 beautiful beaches in the world list by the Most Beautiful Bays in the World association.

Duration: 9,5 hours
Boat departs in the morning from Petrčane and Vir. On your way to Sakarun beach you will cruise among the most beautiful islands of Zadar’s archipelago (Tri sestrice, Sestrunj, Molat and Zverinac). You will pass by the sunken ship, 41 meter high Veli rat lighthouse, the highest in the Adriatic and fishing village Soline. From Soline, touristic train will transfer you to Sakarun beach. There you will have free time for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing at the sandy beach. Before returning to Petrčane/Vir, you will be served fish or meat platter on a boat.

This tour is free for children up to 2,99 years. For children 3 – 10 the price is 30,00 EUR
