Sakarun half-day is specially tailored boat escape to Sakarun beach. It will charm you with its turquoise lagoon, white sand and crystal clear sea. You will relax in the shade of pines, drink cocktails and swim in sandy shore.

SIGHTS & ATTRACTIONS:

Sakarun is a 800 m long sandy beach, located on the northwestern coast of Dugi otok island. Even 250 meters from the shore the depth is only 3,5 meters so you have a lot of space for swimming in shallow sandy clear sea. Fine white sand gives a particularly vivid blue-green sea color and unspoiled nature is a true invitation to rest your body and soul.
Thanks to its biodiversity, Sakarun beach is protected as a significant Croatian Landscape. Saharun was included in the top 25 beautiful beaches in the world by the Most Beautiful Bays in the World association.

The sunken ship on Dugi otok is a real attraction for all adventurers. The ship Michelle is an Italian cargo ship that sunk in the sea northwest from Dugi otok island in 1983. Depending on the sea level, parts of the ship can be seen above the sea level but the most interesting is what is hidden underwater.

Speed boat departs from Zadar towards Sakarun beach twice a day as scheduled. You can enjoy free time at one of the best beaches in Croatia. Play ‘picigin’ game, have lunch or just relax at Sakarun lagoon. Notice the whiteness of the sand and crystal clear sea, surrounded by a pine forest and enjoy in about 800 meters long turquoise paradise. You can even take a cocktail in the nearby beach bar.
During the trip, another stop along the northwest coast of Dugi otok at the location where cargo ship sunk. You can dive into the shallow sea to see it using a mask and snorkel provided on the boat.
At the end of the tour, you can enjoy the fascinating sea view of Zadar old city center and experience completely different impression of Sea Organ.
